This policy explains what information MOCRO Trucking LLC ("we") collects through this website and our operations portal at portal.mocrotrucking.com, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Quote requests: company name, contact name, email, phone, pickup and delivery locations, dates and freight details.
- Driver applications: name, phone, email, city, CDL details, experience and driving history you choose to share.
- Customer and shipment records: shipment details, documents such as bills of lading and proof of delivery, and invoices.
- Driver location: when a driver shares location in our driver app, we record the truck's position while it is shared, to dispatch loads, give customers live tracking and keep mileage records required for fuel tax reporting.
- Account information: for people with a portal login, their email address and the records they create in the portal.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to quotes, dispatch and track freight, keep customers updated, process hiring and driver qualification files required by federal regulations, pay drivers, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed to move freight (for example, tracking updates and delivery documents with the customer on that shipment), with service providers that host our systems (Google Firebase), and when required by law or by federal and state agencies.
Retention and security
We keep records for as long as needed for the purposes above and for the periods required by FMCSA and tax rules. Portal access requires a password, and each person only sees the records their role allows.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, where we are not required to keep it, by emailing contact@mocrotrucking.com or calling (313) 335-2224. Drivers can turn location sharing off in the driver app at any time.
